Objectives of this Role

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, offboarding).
  • Manage and maintain HR data, payroll, attendance, and leave records using Keka HRMS.
  • Handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, and promote a supportive company culture.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement training, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recordkeeping requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and best HR practices.
