Objectives of this Role

  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records for payroll, attendance, and leave using Keka HRMS or a similar platform.
  • Address employee queries, resolve conflicts, and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
  • Coordinate with various teams to implement training, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence for HR-related announcements and employer branding.
  • Post job openings across platforms and conduct candidate outreach, screening, and communication (calls, emails, scheduling).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience in an IT or software development company.
  • Practical knowledge of Keka HRMS or equivalent tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing social media and candidate engagement channels is a plus.
